Recently 100 Acre Films wrapped production on a video for one of our clients that was celebrating it’s 25th anniversary. The video was to also mark the occasion of them breaking off from their parent company and looking forward to a future on their own.
Some of the interviews were shot recently by 100 Acre Films, and some were provided to us by the client. We shot our parts with the Sony FS700 camera with some of the B-roll shots being shot with an EX-3. The footage provided to us was all P2 footage shot by the fine folks over at M2 Digital Post.
Editing was done in Premiere Pro CC, with graphics done in After Effects CC. For the first time, we used an online voice over service – voicetalentnow.com. It worked really well, and the voice over talent we got fit perfect for the project. The thing we learned from using them was the earlier in the day you can get them your request, the more likely you are to get the VO files that same day. Waiting until late in the day can delay getting them until the following business day.
The project was fun to work on, and we’re proud to share it with you.
